Well it has been a while, but will keep trying to keep my website up to date from now on.
My summer fishing has been rather hit and miss this year, due to job changes and simply not getting the time to get out. Now winter is here, it should be much easier for me and is always my favorite time of year for my fishing.
I have tried various venues for the zeds, but not had much luck. The fenland zander are getting more and more difficult to track down, and I only have had one this season so far.
However I have done well with the pike. The most prolific water for me so far, has been the Middle Level. Each time I have visited, I have caught. I also was unfortunate enough to lose a upper double in the net, which was frustrating.
I have also already smashed my land drain pb during my first visit.
Anyway will keep you updated on my pike and zed trips for the remaining months of the season.
